超高倍多媒体显微诊断仪在腐食酪螨成螨形态鉴定中的应用 被引量:4

Use of a multimedia diagnostic microscope to morphologically identify adult Tyrophagus putrescentiae

摘要 目的利用超高倍显微镜观察腐食酪螨成螨的外部形态特征。方法采集某面粉厂的面粉灰尘样品,分离孳生腐食酪螨成螨,制备玻片标本,超高倍显微镜下观察其形态特征。结果镜下见腐食酪螨成螨体躯由颚体和躯体两部分组成。螯肢由3节(基节和二部分端节)构成。足Ⅰ端部背面有感棒。基节上毛(ps)膨大且有刺状侧突。格式器(G)有2个分枝,一枝为杆状,另一枝外形不规则。雄性成螨肛门达躯体末端,周围着生有5对肛毛(a),3对肛后毛(pa)。阳茎较短且弯曲呈"S"形。足末端呈柄状,前跗节较发达。结论超高倍显微镜下能清晰观察到腐食酪螨成螨外部形态特征,可为该螨的形态学鉴定提供实验依据。 Objectives To observe the external morphology of Tyrophagus putrescentiae using a super-high-powered microscope. Methods Flour samples were obtained from a flour mill in June,and mites were separated by rinsing away flour under a stereo microscope.After glass slides for light microscopy were prepared,the mites were identified under an inverted microscope.Then specimens were observed with a super-high-powered microscope. Results Under the superhigh-powered microscope,the body of adult mites consisted of the gnathosoma and idiosoma.The chelicerae consisted of3 segments:a basal segment and a two-segment digit.Solenidia were present on leg Ⅰ.The supracoxal setae(ps)were expanded with spine-like processes on the surface.Grandjean's organ had two branches:one was rod-shaped and the other was irregularly shaped.The anus of the male expanded towards the end of the idiosoma and was surrounded by five pairs of anal setae(a)and three pairs of posterior anal setae(pa).The aedeagus was short and curved into an "s" shape.The end of the leg resembled a stipe with a more developed pretarsus. Conclusions Examination of the external morphology of adult mites will provide experimental evidence for identification of this mite.
