血吸虫病与结直肠肿瘤关系的研究现状

Study on the relationship between schistosomiasis and colorectal tumors

通过查阅国内外关于血吸虫病结直肠肿瘤的相关文献,探索血吸虫病与结直肠肿瘤的关系。经过国内外的病例数据调查研究及相关免疫机制、分子机制证实,结直肠癌的发生与既往感染血吸虫病有一定的相关性。慢性血吸虫病是结直肠肿瘤发生的危险因素之一。血吸虫病引起的肠粘膜慢性炎症,极大地促进了肿瘤的增殖、存活和迁移。如果未得到有效治疗,长期血吸虫慢性感染将发展成为结直肠肿瘤。

The relationship between schistosomiasis and colorectal tumors was examined by reviewing relevant foreign and domestic literature on schistosomiasis and colorectal cancer.Examination of foreign and domestic case reports and studies and related immune mechanisms and molecular mechanisms indicated that the incidence of colorectal cancer is related to previous contraction of schistosomiasis.Chronic schistosomiasis was one of the risk factors for the incidence of colorectal tumors.Chronic inflammation of the intestinal mucosa caused by schistosomiasis greatly promotes tumor cell proliferation,survival,and migration.If chronic schistosomiasis is not effectively treated,it will lead to development of a colorectal tumor.
