补肾填精方联合维生素E、硒酵母片治疗肾精亏虚型特发性弱精子症的临床观察

Clinical Study on Bushen Tianjing Power(补肾填精方) Plus Vitamin E and Selenious for Idiopathic Asthenospermia Patients with Kideny-Essence Deficiency Syndrome

目的:探讨补肾填精方联合维生素E、硒酵母片治疗肾精亏虚型特发性弱精子症的临床疗效。方法:将肾精亏虚型特发性弱精子症患者随机分为3组,中西药组服补肾填精方联合维生素E、硒酵母片,西药组服维生素E、硒酵母片,中药组服补肾填精方,治疗12周。治疗前、后比较3组患者前向运动精子(PR)百分率、精子活力(PR+NP)百分率,肾精亏虚症状,分析其临床效果。结果:治疗后3组间PR、PR+NP、肾精亏虚症状评分比较,中西药组优于中药组和西药组(P<0.05),而中药组和西药组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾填精方联合维生素E、硒酵母片在改善精子活力和肾精亏虚症状方面,优于单纯使用补肾填精方或维生素E和硒酵母片。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tianjing Power plus vitamin E and Selenious for idiopathic asthenospermia patients with kideny-essence deficiency syndrome. Methods： The eligible patients were randomly allocated into Traditiunal Chinese group, western medicine group and Chinese and Western Medicine group. Chinese and Western group were treated with Bushen Tianjing Powder plus Vitamin E and Selenious Yeast Tablets; the control group were treated with western medicine Vitamin E and Selenious Yeast Tablets; the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Tianjing Powder Modified; The treatment expired was 12 weeks. The score CASA progressive sperm （PR）, sperm livability rate （PR＋NP）, kidney- essence deficiency symptoms score were analyzed to assess the clinical curative effect. Results： There was significant difference on PR, PR＋NP and kidney-essence deficiency symptoms among the three groups after treatment; Chinese and Western Medicine group was better than Traditional Chinese Medicine group and Western Medicine group （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference between Traditional Chinese group and western medicine group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Bushen Tianjing Powder combined with Vitamin E and Selenious Yeast Tablets can significant increased sperm motility and improve kideny-essence symptoms, with better effect than exclusive use Bushen Tiangjing Powder or Vitamin E and Selenious Yeast Tables.
