蒋益兰教授认为"禀赋不足,邪毒内蕴"为EGFR-TKI相关性皮疹的发病病机,肺气阴亏虚为本,风、湿、热、毒为标。结合皮疹发病特性,辨证分型为风盛热毒证、湿毒蕴肤证、热毒入营证、气阴两虚证等。肺在体合皮,蒋教授主张从肺论治皮疹,自拟益肺消疹方益气养阴,清热解毒透疹,随证加减,标本兼治。
