摘要
目的:探讨盐城市中医院中医住院医师规范化培训改革的成效。方法:制定学员及带教老师的考核办法,进行评优、奖励并与个人绩效挂钩,同时加强沟通、监督、反馈等方式进行有效补充,通过比较改革前后规培学员和指导老师的考核成绩进行效果评价。结果:与改革前相比,规培学员的考核成绩(出科考核、执业资格考试、师承考核、结业考核)、带教老师的综合考核成绩均有不同程度的提高。结论:通过改革相关考核办法,能有效提高中医住院医师规范化培训的质量。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of the reformation of the management for resident stan- dardized training of traditional Chinese medicine of Yancheng TCM hospital. Methods: The assessment methods for trainees and supervisors were formulated for apprising and reward, which were also linked to individual per- formance; the communication, supervision and feedback mechanism were also strengthened as effective supple- ments. The impact assessment was made by the comparison of the result of examination of both trainees and supervisors. Results: Compared with the results before the reform, the scores of both trainees and supervisors were improved in different degrees. Conclusions: Through the reform of the relevant assessment methods, it can effectively improve the quality of standardized training of resident doctors.
