摘要 近年来,micro-CT在科学研究领域应用越来越广泛,尤其是在骨代谢、组织工程、材料及考古等诸多领域,了解micro-CT扫描结果和相关指标代表的意义可有助于其合理应用。本文主要通过介绍microCT的工作原理、特点及其相关参数在骨代谢研究领域所代表的具体意义,旨在提高对micro-CT在骨代谢研究领域的认识。 In recent years, micro-CT is widely applied in the field of scientific research, especially in hone metabolism, tissue engineering, and archaeological, and other fields. In addition to the engineers and technicians, the researchers are known little about the significance of the results and related indicators. This paper mainly introduce the working principle, characteristics and related parameters of micro-CT, in order to improve our knowledge of micro-CT in bone metabolism.
