创新内部管理模式,深化投资管理与业务融合度,构建一套以"四链"为抓手,以提高"五率"为目标的"四链五率"投资进度精益化管控体系。以投资项目信息为基础,立足于不同管理视角,全方位、多角度、深层次地制定一套满足各项目管理层级及管理口径需求的业务模式,借助多样式可视化展示分析载体,形象反映投资项目执行全过程,结合指标考核辅助提升对项目关键节点把控力度,深层次支撑公司投资管理,切实提升投资精益化管理水平。

Based on the innovation of inner management mode, deepening investment management and business integration, the paper establishes four-chain and five-rate based investment progress lean management system. On the basis of investment project information, seeing the management from a different perspective, a set of multi-angle management mode is comprehensively established to meet the needs of the management level and specifications of each project as deep as possible, showing the implementation process of the investment project with multi-style and visual analysis. Combined with evaluation index, the control ability for the key nodes in the project is enhanced, supporting the investment management and improving the investment level of the lean management.
