摘要
针对陕西省部分区域既存在众多分布式能源企业,又聚集了大量工业用户的现状,结合虚拟电厂与能效电厂的技术优势和应用实践,提出将高载能企业与附近分布式电源集合而成为能效聚合体的新思路。首先系统地介绍了能效聚合体的概念和运作模式,并依据电力供需关系详细分析了能效聚合体在陕西电网应用的可行性,最后对陕南、陕北的2个典型区域进行了能效聚合体的方案设计和效益评估,证明了其具有良好的节能减排价值和经济效益。
In view of the fact that there are many distributed energy enterprises and a large number of industrial users in some areas of Shaanxi province, combined with the technical advantages and practical applications of virtual power plants and energy-efficient power plants, the paper proposes a new idea that high-capacity enterprises is integrated with nearby distributed power sources to form energy integration. Firstly, the concept and operation mode of the energy integration is systematically introduced. Secondly, the feasibility of its application in Shaanxi power grid is analyzed based on electric power supply-demand situation. Finally, the energy integration is implemented in two typical regions of southern and northern Shaanxi, and the benefit evaluation proves that the energy integration has good effects on energy saving and emission reduction and economic benefits.
