摘要
液体透射光谱准确测量是其光学常数计算的重要基础。以去离子水为研究对象,基于液体透射光谱常见的三种测量方式,利用TU-1901/1900双光束紫外可见分光光度计测量其在190~900nm波段的透射光谱,通过双厚度反演模型计算其光学常数,与现有的公开数据进行对比分析。研究结果发现,液体透射光谱测量方式对其光学常数反演有显著的影响;基于双光束差式测量法计算结果明显优于其余两种方式,利用其测量光谱反演液体光学常数偏差小于20%。为进一步准确研究液体光学常数提供了参考依据。
Abstraet Accurate measurement of liquid transmission spectral is an important basis for the calculation of its optical constants. Using deionized water as the research object and based on the three different ways of transmission spectral measurement, transmission spectral of deionized water in the range of 190-900 nm are measured by three different kinds of measurement by the TU -1901/1900 double beam UV visible spectrophotometer. The optical constants calcu lated by the double thickness inversion model are compared with the public data. The results show that the way of liquid transmission spectral measurement has a significant influence on the inversion of its optical constants. The calculation result based on the double beam difference measurement method is better than other two ways, and the deviation of the optical constants inversed by the measured transmission spectral is less than 20%. It provides reference for the further study of the optical constants of liquids. Key words liquid; optical constants; inversion; transmission spectral; measurement
