少数民族农民工外出务工经历与再就业意愿的选择——基于新疆南疆地区的经验证据 被引量:6

The Out of Employment Experience of Minority Migrant Workers and the Intention to Re Employment:Empirical Evidence Based on Xinjiang Southern Region

摘要 基于新疆南疆地区的调查,探讨了少数民族农民工外出就业经历对再就业意愿的影响。结果显示:外出务工工资低并不会直接导致其回乡就业,但工资的提升会为其回乡创业提供可能;短期务工会成为其回乡就业的重要原因,随着就业时长相对增加,返乡就业的诉求会减少,并且返乡后务农的可能性降低;能够和家人一起外出务工,得到家人的陪伴会降低回乡就业的可能性;未能接受汉语培训会逼迫其返乡就业并从事于工作技能要求较低的就业领域;职业培养越规范,返乡就业的可能性就越低,返乡后越倾向从事于工作技能要求较高的工作领域。 Based on the investigation of the southern Xinjiang area, the paper discusses the influence of the employment experience of the migrant workers on the re-employment intention.The result shows that the low wage is not the immediate cause for leading them to return and work at their hometown. However, the increasing wages may provide the possibility for them to return for business startups. Short-term work will be an important reason causing minority peasant workers to return and work. With more time spent outside, fewer of them have the willingness for returning, and also fewer of them will be farmers after their returning. To work outside with their families can reduce the possibility to return and the failure to accept Chinese training will force them to return home to work and engage in a less demanding job field. If the minority peasant workers accept more professional training, less of them will return home, and it will be easier for them to find better jobs.
