摘要
目的观察和评价分析临床麻醉深度监测方法在全麻手术中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院全麻手术患者78例,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各39例。对照组采用传统麻醉方式,研究组则应用基于双频谱脑电图(BIS)监测的麻醉方法,观察两组患者术中清醒、手术疼痛、记忆力下降等情况,通过综合评价分析两组患者满意度,记录丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼的使用剂量,观察两组患者麻醉时间及苏醒时间。结果研究组术中清醒、术中出现疼痛、记忆力下降发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的综合评价评分比较无显着差异。研究组丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼的使用剂量均明显少于对照组,苏醒时间短于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者麻醉时间比较无显着差异。结论麻醉深度监测在全麻手术中应用可有效预防术中患者清醒及疼痛的发生,减少麻醉药使用剂量,缩短术后清醒时间,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To observe and evaluate application effect of anesthesia depth monitoring analysis method in general anesthesia surgery. Methods From Oct. 2015 to Jan. 2017,78 cases of patients with general anesthesia surgery were divided into research group and control group (n=39)with random number table method. The traditional anesthesia method was used in control group, bispeetrum of BIS monitoring method was used in research group. And the incidence of conscious, intraoperative pain, memory decline, etc. were observed, patients' satisfaction were evaluated,the dose of propofol and remifentanil were recorded,the time of anesthesia and awakening were observed in two groups. Results The incidence of conscious, intraoperative pain, memory decline in research group were lower than that in the control group ; the difference has statistical significanee(P〈0. 05). The comprehensive evaluation score were no significant difference in two groups(P〉0.05). In the research group, the dose of propofoi and remifentanil were significantly less, awakening time was shorter than that in the control group, the difference had statistical significance(P〈0. 05). The anesthesia time in two groups was no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion The monitoring of anesthesia depth in general anesthesia surgery can effectively prevent the happening of conscious, intraoperative pain, reduce dose of drug, shorten time of awake after operation and has high clinical value.
