高分子材料固结和加固作用下试件力学性质及其应用研究 被引量:1

Research on mechanical properties of polymer materials specimens under consolidation and reinforcement

摘要 为了研究高分子材料作用于岩体后试件力学特性及破坏规律,以采煤工作面大冒顶、片帮事故为研究背景,采用在实验室制取高分子材料固结、加固试件并对其进行单轴压缩试验的方法进行研究。通过对试件结果进行分析,得出固结、加固试件单轴受压的宏观力学响应规律,以此为基础将高分子材料应用于现场处理工作面因大冒顶、片帮事故引起的矸石堆积、煤壁破碎等问题。研究表明:高分子材料能够有效固结矸石,并且试件抗压强度、裂纹扩展、破坏形态等规律与高分子材料用量有关;高分子材料加固煤、岩体时在材料高强的黏接作用下显著提高预制裂隙煤、岩体的力学强度,对于同种岩性的岩体来说,在材料用量一定的条件下,竖向加固与横向加固作用效果有明显区别,高分子材料加固不同岩体时,作用效果也不尽相同。 In order to study the characteristics of mechanical behaviors and destructive rules of the specimens under interactions of rock and polymer materials. Using the roof and wall caving accident in the working face as the research background. The uniaxial compression test of the consolidated and re- inforced specimens which are prepared in the laboratory is carried out. Based on the analysis of the testing results, the laws of the macroscopic mechanical response of the regularity of specimen under uniaxial compression tests are studied. Using it as a baseline, the polymer material is applied to deal with the problems which caused by the roof and wall caving accidents. Researches show that: Polymer materials can effectively consolidation the waste rock and the compressive strength of the specimens, crack extension and failure pattern rules are related to the dosage of polymer materials; When the coal and rock are reinforced by polymer material, the high strength of the adhesive, provided by polymer material, significantly increase the strength of coal and rock mass mechanics; For the same lithology of rock mass, there is an obvious difference between the vertical reinforcement and the transverse reinforcement; Different rocks reinforced by polymer material have different effects.
