三维应力作用下煤与瓦斯突出模拟试验及机理分析 被引量:4

摘要 煤与瓦斯突出是煤矿事故中最为剧烈的动力灾害之一,利用自主研制的"三维加载煤与瓦斯突出模拟试验装置"对煤与瓦斯突出孕育及发生过程进行了三维模拟试验,并进一步探究和分析了煤与瓦斯突出产生机理。研究发现:煤体内部瓦斯压力随体积应力的增大而增大,并且与之有很好的相关性,直至突出发生;建立了煤体应力与瓦斯压力综合作用的突出判断准则,且与试验结果吻合较好,拟合程度较高;提出了煤与瓦斯的突出是一个综合作用的过程,不仅受地应力、瓦斯压力和煤体强度的影响,还与突出口煤岩体抵抗强度有关。 The coal and gas outburst is one of the most severe dynamic disasters in coal mine accidents. Using the self-developed three-dimensional loading coal and gas outburst simulating system, the process of occurring and developing with outburst is conducted under three dimension. Furthermore, the mechanism is also studied and analyzed of coal and gas outburst. Studies show that: the internal gas pressure of coal increases with the volume stress and there is a good correlation until the outburst occurs. The judgment criterion of the comprehensive effect for coal body stress and gas pressure is established. Such criterion agrees well with the experimental results. The goodness-of-fit is high. It is considered that the outburst of coal and gas is a comprehensive process. It is not only affected by the stress, the gas pressure and the coal body intensity, but is also associated with outburst the coalrock resistance strength.
