摘要
采用CSP钢带为基料,通过罩式退火工艺成功开发汽车密封条用冷轧钢带DC03+C590。主要分析了两种化学成分、退火温度、退火气氛及自然时效对DC03+C590冷轧钢带力学性能及表面反射率的影响。结果表明,冶炼成分采用B方案,退火冷热点设定480/490℃,均热时间为17h,生产的汽车密封条用冷轧钢带DC03+C590力学性能满足要求。罩式炉退火过程中,在乳化液最大挥发温度段进行大流量氢气吹扫、均热结束前增加小流量氢气吹扫均有利于提升钢带表面反射率。
The cold-rolled steel strip DC03+C590 for automobile sealing was sucessfully developed through batch annealing process,and the CSP steel strip was used as the base material.The effects of two chemical compositions,annealing temperature,annealing atmosphere and natural aging on the mechnical properties and surface reflectivity of DC03+C590 were analyzed.The results showed that the DC03+C590 properties could meet the specified requirements if the case B was used,the annealing temperatures were set as 480/490℃and the soaking period was set to 17h.During the batch annealing process,the surface reflectivity of DC03+C590 could be imporved by a large flow of hydrogen under the maximum volatile temperature range of emulsion and a small flow of hydrogen before the end of the soaking.
