Researching on the Land Conditions and Promoting the development——A Brief Introduction to “the Report on the Situation of the Land Condition in China(2017),People's Livelihood and Well-being.”

《中国地情报告》是"一体两翼"用志工程中的"一体",是地方志服务中心、服务社会、服务人民的创新之举。本文以《中国地情报告(2017)·民生福祉》为例,阐述选题主旨,并从选题典型、资料多元、数据"说话"、经验有益、"对症"施策五个方面分析主要亮点,由此体现《中国地情报告》的资政功能,并从加强培训研讨、完善编纂体例、实施"开门撰稿"、用好方志资料、提升报告深度五个方面提出编写建议。

"The Report on the Situation of the Land in China"is the"one body"in the"one body and two wings project, and it innovates the local chronicle that revolves around the interests of the state and serves the overall situation of economic and social development.Taking "the Report on the Situation of the Land Condition in China(2017),People's Livelihood and Well-being"as an example, this paper analyzes the main highlights from five aspects: expounding the theme of the topic,, the multiple materials, the"speaking data", the beneficial experience,and"stepping to solve problems. This reflects the function of the service center and the overall situation of China, and from strengthening the training and discussion, perfecting the compilation method, implementing "opening the door to write articles", using the local chronicle data, improving the report.It deepens five aspects of the report and puts forward proposals.
