摘要
用氮的质量分数为103×10^-6、88×10^-6、56×10^-6的带钢进行钢材拉伸应变时效试验,得出3种氮含量的钢都有明显的应变时效现象,钢材的应变时效现象随氮含量增加而增加。应变时效后钢材的屈服强度大幅提高,抗拉强度与屈服强度的比值减小,伸长率降低,材料脆化倾向增加。
The tensile strain aging experiments of the strip steel with the nitrogen content of 103 × 10^-6, 88 × 10^-6 and 56 ×10^-6, respectively, were conducted. The results showed that the tensile strain aging phenomenon of the steel with the three kinds of nitrogen content was obvious, and the higher the nitrogen content of steel, the stronger the strain ag- ing phenomenon. After the strain aging, the yield strength of the steel increased greatly, the ratio of the tensile strength and the yield strength decreased, the elongation decreased, and the tendency of brittle material increased.
