摘要 介绍了配备能谱仪的扫描电子显微镜的原理和特点,阐述了扫描电镜在钢铁企业的主要应用,并介绍了能谱分析的几种方式及应用;最后,从样品制备过程、样品磨制、生产工艺流程、取样时记号笔等几个方面入手,对影响能谱分析结果的几个制样因素进行了分析总结。 The principle and features of SEM equipped with EDS were introduced, the main applications of SEM in the iron and steel enterprises were expounded. Several ways of EDS analysis and its application were described. Finally, in terms of some aspects such as the process of the production, preparing and grinding the sample, marking the sample, the factors of sample preparation affecting the EDS analysis result were analyzed and summarized.
