山西省高校教师亚健康现状个案分析

A Case Study of Subhealthy Status of College Teachers in Shanxi

采用问卷调查、比较分析等方法,对山西省4所高校发放问卷调查,并从有效的562份亚健康问卷中随机抽取6份处于亚健康状态的样本,进行个案分析研究从日常行为、自我状态感觉、运动情况调查等方面进行对比、分析亚健康状态教师的现状。旨在为改善高校教师亚健康状况提供借鉴依据。

By using the questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and other methods,it made a questionnaire survey in four universities,and randomly chose six samples from the 562 sub-health subjects,after which conducted a case study of their daily behavior,self-feeling and sports participation,using comparative method and analyzed the present situation of the teachers,hoping to provide references for improment of the subhealthy situation of teachers.
