开发城郊传统村庄的发展规划设计——以南京市高淳区固城镇蒋山社区吴家村规划为例

Developing the Planning and Design of Suburban Traditional Villages——Based on the Planning of Wu Village in the Town of Jiangshan Community in Gaochun of Nanjing

传统村庄的规划结构承载着地域的文化特色,在当今新的社会、经济、生活方式和观念下,开发旅游型传统村落势必会使得村庄原有聚落肌理的形成结构发生变化。文章通过南京市高淳区固城镇蒋山社区吴家村规划,去探讨开发城郊传统村落的一些设计发展策略。在满足乡村旅游的同时,延续甚至是发展地域文化特色,从而形成新的村落规划结构。

The traditional suburban village planning structure carries the regional cultural characteristics.But under the new society, economy, life style and concept,the development of suburban traditional village is bound to change the structure of the original village texture.In this paper, the planning of Wu Village in the town of Jiangshan community,Gaochun, Nanjing, explores the design and development of traditional village.While meeting the rural tourism reguirement, it will continue and develop regional cultural characteristics to form a new village planning structure.
