The concrete grade of vertical members and horizontal members in the high-rise buildings is different. If construction control method is not effective and the concreting height of the high grade concrete is low, engineer maybe emerge quality problem. The paper explains the reason of problem, summarizes the construction way and expounds the idea of solving the quality problem.
