摘要
对搅拌站废浆进行了成分与形貌分析,测试了不同废浆掺量对净浆流动性和经时损失的影响。结果表明,随着废浆掺量的增加,净浆流动性下降,经时损失增大,保坍剂不能完全缓解经时损失。
The composition and morphology of the waste slurry in the mixing plant were analyzed. The difference between the waste slurry and the cement was pointed out. The effect of different amount of waste slurry on fluidity and loss of cement paste was tested. The results show that as the amount of waste slurry increases, the fluidity of the paste decreases and the fluidity loss increases. The slump agent can not completely relieve the fluidity loss.
