摘要
以经济学课程为例,设计一个兼顾客观题和主观分析报告的混合型月考考核机制,通过控制异方差最小二乘法和倾向得分匹配法对该机制的效果进行实证分析。结果显示,混合型考核机制可激发学生学习积极性,学生对已有成绩提出挑战后,主观分析报告会促使其投入更多的时间进行学习,从而提高成绩。另外,该考核机制对基础好的学生积极作用更显著。
Based on economic courses, the paper designs a mixed monthly assessment mechanism balancing objective and subjective analysis. Then an empirical analysis is used to assess the effect of the mechanism by robust OLS and PSM. The results show that, above mechanism can stimulate students' learning enthusiasm indeed. After students' challenge to existing scores,subjective analysis will make them spend more time improving their scores. Meanwhile, for students with better performance, the positive effect of this mechanism is more significant.
