摘要
随着高校资产规模的逐步扩大,客观上对资产管理队伍的整体素质提出了更高的要求。从对高校资产管理队伍现状分析入手,认为目前高校资产管理人员知识结构固化、创新意识缺乏、学校的激励考评体系不够完善等问题较为突出,并提出了相应的建议,指出各高校应加强制度建设,建立高效的绩效考核奖惩机制,加强对资产管理人员的培训。
With the growth of assets size in universities, asset managers have to achieve a higher comprehensive quality to meet work requirements. We firstly analyse current situation, and find that, asset managers in universities are facing problems such as outdated knowledge structure, lack of innovative awareness and defective assessment system. Thus, we suggest from 3 aspects,including the enhancement of system building, the construction of effective performance assessment mechanism and in-depth training for asset managers.
