摘要
基于OBE教学理念,以学生为中心,成果为导向,对《管理学》课程进行教学改革,并对教学活动进行重新设计。遵循反向设计、正向实施的原则,结合慕课、SPOC、微课等在线教学手段和方法,以及体验式教学,构建知识与实践两大学习模块,充分利用线上、线下教学优势,构建《管理学》课程混合式教学模式,并提出了具体的实施方案。
Based onthe OBE teaching philosophy, we propose a teaching reform of management courses, serving students and achievements oriented. Combining the principle of reverse design and forward implementation, we redesign the teaching activities.Firstly, jointing on-line methods and experiential teaching together, we build two learning modules, knowledge and practice. Secondly,making full use of the complementary advantages of online and offline teaching methods, we constructtheblending learningmodel of management courses. Finally, this paperputs forward acorresponding implementing scheme.
