三种消毒方法对医院物体表面消毒效果观察 被引量:11

A comparative study of disinfection effects on hospital object surfaces using three disinfection methods

摘要 目的探索一次性季铵盐卫生湿巾应用于医院环境物体表面消毒的实用性。方法使用一次性季铵盐卫生湿巾和含氯消毒剂、75%乙醇对医院环境物体表面进行消毒,于3 min、4 h、6 h细菌学采样,检测合格情况;评价清洁床单元的耗时和操作依从性。结果使用3种消毒剂进行物体表面消毒前,基线、消毒后3 min、4 h、6 h细菌采样合格率差异均无统计学意义。一次性卫生湿巾和传统方法对床单元的清洁平均时间分别为411 s和559 s。一次性季铵盐卫生湿巾的操作依从率明显高于传统方法。结论一次性季铵盐卫生湿巾消毒效果良好,并可提高工作效率和操作依从性,是一种比较理想的医院环境物体表面消毒方法。 Objective To assess the disinfection effects on object surfaces of disposable quaternary ammonium hygiene wet wipes. Methods Qualified rates of bacterial sampling of hospital objects surfaces disinfected by disposable duplexes quaternary ammonium hygiene wet wipes,chlorine-containing disinfectant,and medical alcohol were detected at 3 min,4 h,and 6 h. The time consuming and operation compliance of disinfecting a bed unit were also assessed. Results No statistical difference was detected in bacteria sampling among three disinfectants at baseline,and 3 min,4 h,and 6 h after disinfection. The mean time of disinfecting a bed unit using disposable hygiene wet wipes and traditional disinfection method was411 and 559 second respectively. Results also indicated that operation compliance of the disposable hygiene wet wipes was significantly higher than that of traditional disinfection method. Conclusion The disposable quaternary ammonium hygiene wet wipe is a suitable surface disinfection method in medical institutions. This disinfection method not only has a reliable disinfection effect,but also can improve the work efficiency.
