年龄相关性白内障PNS密度分级与超声乳化手术参数的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析年龄相关性白内障PNS密度分级与超声乳化手术参数的相关性。方法选择年龄相关性白内障患者97例(110眼),使用Pentacam系统对晶状体密度进行PNS密度等级测定,于检查后第二天行局麻下白内障超声乳化吸除并行人工晶体植入术,记录超乳时间、超乳能量峰值、超乳能量,并计算实际超乳时间,统计白内障PNS密度分级与以上指标的相关性。结果 PNS分级与超乳时间(r=0.793,P<0.01)、超乳能量峰值(r=0.679,P<0.01)、超乳能量(r=0.529,P<0.01)及实际超乳时间(r=0.875,P<0.01)均呈正相关。结论 PNS白内障分级能客观、量化地反映出年龄相关性白内障严重程度,为超声乳化术提供可靠的参数指导。
