女性对外生殖器整形美容手术态度及影响因素调查

An survey on attitude and influencing factors of female genital cosmetic surgery among women

目的了解中国女性对外生殖器整形手术的态度及需求,为制定临床治疗策略提供参考。方法通过网络问卷平台发放问卷,2016年12月采用自填问卷的方式进行为期1个月的调查。结果发放调查问卷1 181份,收回有效调查问卷1 149份,50.8%（584/1 149）的女性对自身外阴自然形态满意度较高;而不满意原因主要是＂外阴形态不美观＂和＂影响性生活＂,比例分别是38.6%（443/1 149）和29.6%（340/1 149）;38.9%（447/1 149）的女性想改变或改善外阴形态。卡方检验分析显示,是否有性生活史及生育史影响女性外阴形态的满意度,（P〈0.01）;不同年龄、月收入、文化程度、性生活史、生育史及外阴疾病/手术史女性对外生殖器整形手术态度及接受程度比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。54.4%（625/1 149）的女性从互联网途径了解手术相关信息,但76.5%（879/1 149）的女性更希望通过咨询妇科医生获得专业的知识。结论中国在女性外生殖器整形手术需求方面有大量的潜在群体,妇科医生应该重视有外阴形态异常或这类手术需求的人群,给予恰当的引导或治疗。

Objective To study the attitude and influencing factors of female genital cosmetic surgery（FGCS）of Chinese women so as to guide the clinical treatment strategies. Methods Through an Internet-based survey platform, a one-month survey on the attitude and influencing factors of FGCS was launched. Results 1 149 effective questionnaires were collected. Satisfaction rate with nature vulva shape was 50.8%（584/1 149）, but the satisfaction rate was lower in the group with sexual life（P 〈 0.01）. As for the reasons for dissatisfaction, 443（38.6%） women stated aesthetic reasons and 340（29.6%）complained about the discomfort during sexual intercourse. 447（38.9%） women wanted to improve the vulva shape. The result showed that women wanted to improve the vulva shape, was significantly related to the age, monthly income, education level, sexual history, reproductive history and vulvar diseases history（P 〈 0.05）. 54.4%（625/1 149）of the women got the information from the Internet, but 76.5%（879/1 149）of them preferred to consult with gynecologists to get the professional knowledge. Conclusion There are potential female group who demand for FGCS in China. Gynecologists should pay attention to this special group and provide proper suggestion.
