深部轨道下山围岩破坏与控制技术研究

摘要 针对某矿轨道下山围岩破碎、变形严重的情况,在分析了原支护环境下巷道的变形、破坏的原因基础上,提出了锚网索喷+U型钢耦合支护技术,设计了合理的支护参数。经过数值模拟分析和现场矿压观测,结果表明:新的支护方式能够较好地控制巷道围岩变形,满足安全生产的要求。 Aiming at the condition of broken surrounding rock and severe deformation for track down roadway in a mine,on the basis of analyzing the factor that affecting the roadway deformation and destruction of roadway,the coupling support technology of the bolt-steel-mesh-shotcreting and U steel is proposed,the support parameters was designed reasonably. By numerical simulation analysis and field pressure observation, the results show that the new support technology can control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock and meet the requirements of safe production.
