摘要
根据自润滑滑动摩擦 μ -n曲线的特性和自润滑机理 ,通过含油量高、中、低三种铜石墨材料的自润滑态、干摩擦态和油浴态的滑动摩擦 ,确立自润滑属混合润滑 ,其摩擦系数由干摩擦系数和弹流动力润滑的摩擦系数两者构成 ,后者为 0 .0 2 ,其在自润滑摩擦中所占的最高份额为 88%。自润滑滑动摩擦产生磨屑 ,它影响干摩擦系数和弹流动力润滑的摩擦系数二者的相对份额 ,使稳态工作时的自润滑摩擦系数在某一值附近波动。
According to the self-lubrication sliding friction character and self-lubrication mechanism, and through the sliding friction of three kinde of copper-graphite materials containing different contents of oil under the conditions of self-lubrication ,dry-friction and oil bath,respectively,the self-lubrication was defined as a mixed lubrication ,whose friction coefficient consists of the dry-friction coefficient and the friction coefficient of elastic fluid power lubrication ,the later is 0.02 ,and its highest ration in self-lubrication friction coefficient is 0.88.The scarps produced during the self-lubrication sliding friction affect the ratio of the dry-friction coefficient and the friction coefficient of elastic fluid power lubrication,and make the self-lubrication friction coefficient in stable working conditions to change around a certain value.
