摘要
为获得闸块尺寸大小对制动器温度场的影响,针对单轨吊制动系统,提出了制动器制动过程中的温度场的理论计算方法,并以此为基础,再运用有限元仿真分析软件进行制动系统热-结构耦合温度场仿真分析,得到了同种制动工况下,闸片尺寸大小对温度场大小和分布的影响规律。
In order to obtain the influence of the size of the brake disc on the temperature field of the brake, a theoretical calculation method of the temperature field in the braking process of the brake, is put forward for the monorail crane brake system. Based on this, the finite element simulation software was used to simulate the thermal - structural coupling of the brakes. The influence of the size of the brake disc on the temperature field is obtained under the same braking condition.
