摘要 为了实现带式输送机速度控制的节能降耗,避免输送带在调速中发生张力过大、打滑和电机过热,提出了带式输送机节能调速中的加速策略;根据加速策略分别构建了二次函数型、三次函数型和正弦函数型的加速曲线,得出了最小加速时间。实验结果表明,正弦函数型的加速策略可以明显缩短加速时间和降低能量消耗。 Aiming at energy saving of belt conveyors during transient operation, the accelerating strategy are proposed based on the maximal acceleration avoiding the risk of belt over-tension, the risk of belt slipping around the drive pulley, and the risk of overheating of motor. The quadratic, cubic, and sinusoidal accelerating curves are constructed respectively based on the proposed strategy, and their minimal accelerating time are obtained. The results show that the sinusoidal accelerating curve can get the shortest accelerating time and minimal energy consumption.
