摘要
通过中厚钢板折弯力学分析计算和生产试验修正,设计制造了一套普通630 t油压机上使用的液压支架顶梁柱窝垫板高精度折弯胎具,解决了普通油压机无法折弯此类高精度中厚板零件的难题,为工程机械领域中厚板零件折弯技术提供了一定借鉴。
Designed one bending tool for top beam pillar socket backing plate of hydraulic support via experimentation and analysis the mechanics of thick armor plate bending, and the bending tool can used on the 630 t oil press, solved the conundrum of high precision thick armor plate bending. The design can offer some ideas for the thick armor plate bending technology on the field of construction machinery.
