摘要 首先设计了矿井液压支架高强度结构钢焊接工艺试验,给出TANDEM双丝焊和GMAW双丝焊技术的对比试验,对接焊缝、力学效能和焊接能量对比,进而采用ANSYS模拟高强度结构钢温度场和变形预测,实验结果表明TANDEM双丝焊比GMAW双丝焊技术力学效能好,能推进熔化速率与热敷率,结构变形量小。 The welding experiment of high-strength structural steel for hydraulic support in mine was first designed. The comparison experiment between TANDEM double wire welding and GMAW double wire welding technology was given. The comparison between butt welding, mechanical performance and welding energy was made. Then ANSYS simulation of high-strength structural steel temperature field and deformation prediction. The experimental results show that TANDEM double-wire welding GMAW double-wire welding technology has good mechanical performance, can promote the melting rate and hot-lining rate, and the structural deformation is small.
