摘要
对纯电动防爆车辆AMT换挡机理进行分析,建立了换挡过程各阶段AMT变速箱输入轴、输出轴的动力学方程及换档冲击度数学表达式,提出了对应的控制方法及控制策略并进行仿真验证。整车试验表明:采用AMT变速驱动车辆防爆驱动电机额定功率下降了18 k W,能耗降低了5.9 k W/h,续航里程延长了7.1 km。
Based on the dynamic analysis of AMT shift mechanism, dynamics equation of AMT transmission input shaft and output shaft were established and mathematical expression of shift jerk were established in each stage of the shifting process, and the control method and control strategy were proposed. Vehicle performance test results show that motor power declined 18 kW, the energy consumption declined 5.9 kW/h, the driving range prolonged for 7.1 km.
