摘要
利用AMEsim软件对带式输送机进行建模,采用Horrison加速度起动方式进行起动,仿真得出在起动、正常运行以及紧急制动工况下带式输送机动张力、速度和加速度的分布情况。结合波动理论,确定弹性波的传播速度,解释了出现此种动张力分布规律的现象。
It uses the AMEsim software to model the belt conveyor, and the Horrison acceleration start mode is used to start the simulation, and the distribution of the dynamic tension, velocity and accelera- tion of the belt conveyor under the starting, normal operation and emergency braking conditions is sim- ulated. Combined with the theory of fluctuation, the propagation velocity of elastic wave is determined, and the phenomenon of dynamic tension distribution is explained.
