摘要 以N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂溶胀预处理煤为研究对象,利用热重分析研究其热解特性,考察了溶胀条件对褐煤及溶胀预处理对不同变质程度煤热解反应的影响。研究发现,溶胀预处理后大多数煤样热解转化率提高,原煤经溶胀预处理后其热解过程表现出明显的两阶段失重。溶胀温度升高和超声作用时间增加,抑制溶胀褐煤的热解转化,溶胀预处理时间对褐煤热解过程影响较小。溶胀预处理对褐煤转化率提高幅度最大,溶胀贫煤失重率反而较原煤降低。 The pyrolysis experiments of swelling coal using N-Methyl pyrrolidone (NMP)as solvent were carried out on a thermo-gravimetric analyzer, the influence of swelling temperature, time and ultrasonic irradiation on lignite pyrolysis characteristics of raw and swelling pretreated coal and swelling of different kinds coal on pyrolysis was studied. The results show that the most of swelling coal's conversion ratio is improved, the pyrolysis of swelling coal shows two stage reactivity. Higher swelling temperature and more ultrasonic irradiation time reduces the mass loss of lignite pyrolysis, the coal reactivity changed little with increasing of swelling time. As far as effect of swelling on different kinds of coal is considered , the lignite shows the best effect while the mass loss of swelling lean coal is less than the raw coal.
