煤氧化产物生成速率与Graham′s Ratio关联性研究

摘要 对混合粒径的煤样通入4组不同进气氧浓度的氮氧混合气体,利用自主研发的油浴式煤低温氧化试验系统进行试验。通过检测煤样罐出口气体浓度,计算标准耗氧速率、标准CO生成速率及标准CO_2生成速率,研究标准CO_2生成速率与格雷哈姆系数的变化规律以及两者之间的关系。 It is equipped with four groups of different oxygen concentrations of the mixed gas with nitrogen and oxygen, carry out heat oxidation experiment by reacting with hybrid particle size of coal samples in oil bath type coal low temperature oxidation experimental system, and measure the volume fraction of O2, CO and C02 at the outlet. Calculate the standard oxygen consumption rate, the standard generation rate of CO, the standard generation rate of CO2 and the Graham' s ratio at different temperature, study the change rule of the standard generation rate of CO2 and the Graham's ratio, and the relationship between them.
