摘要
对湘煤洁净煤公司的煤样做了定性分析。通过研究原煤多峰级配、原煤和煤泥级配制浆试验,得出原煤粒度(120~60目、200~120目、320~200目、-320目)的最佳级配为10∶10∶70∶10,制成的水煤浆浓度62%,黏度1 035 m Pa·s左右,稳定性能够达到6 d,发热量27.840 MJ/kg;原煤(320~200目)和煤泥(200~120目)配比为75∶25,制浆浓度60%,发热量27.589 MJ/kg,基本上满足工业应用要求。
Made a qualitative analysis of Hunan clean coal company coal, and studied muhiple-perked graded experiments, raw coal and slime graded experiments. Through multiple experiments, have got the optimum mixture ratio of particle size of raw coal (120~60 , 200~120 , 320~200 , -320 sieve number)was 10:10:70:10, under this condition, the best pulping density is 62%,viscosity number is about 1 035 mPa· s, time of stability is 6 days and Qb.ad is 27.840 MJ/kg. The optimum mixture ratio of particle size of raw coal (320-200 sieve number) and slurry (200-120 sieve number) is 75:25, the best pulping density is 60%, Qb,ad is 27.589 MJ/kg, which meet the demand on industry.
