摘要
静电分选是干法工艺,没有用水二次污染之忧,操作也十分简便,静电分选工艺对于粉煤灰的分选效果较好。环形电场在半径圆上大小相同,而随着半径增大,其电场强度逐渐减小。外加电压大小、颗粒的荷质比、颗粒进入电场的位置以及进入电场时的速度对颗粒的运动轨迹有重要的影响,从而影响分选效果。
Electrostatic separation ,no two water pollution worries and very simple, is a dry process, the electrostatic separation process for separating effect of fly ash is better. The annular field and electric field have the same numerical value on the radius circle, and the electric field strength decreases with the increase of radius. The magnitude of the applied voltage, the charge to mass ratio of particles, the position of the particles entering the electric field and the speed of entering the electric field have an important influence on the trajectory of particles, thus affecting the sorting effect.
