中西药合用治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征临床观察

目的:观察鼻渊合剂联合西药治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)的临床疗效。方法:96例随机分为对照组和治疗组各48例。两组均用综合治疗,治疗组加用鼻渊合剂口服,2周为一疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:两组症状体征评分与治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组93.75﹪、对照组77.08﹪,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻渊合剂联合西药治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征临床疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on children with upper airway cough syndrome （ UACS ） treated by combination of Biynan Mixture combined with western medicine. Method： 96 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 48 cases in each group.All patients received comprehensive treatment according to their etiologies, and the treatment group were given additionally hospital-made Biyuan Mixture. The treatment lasted for 2 weeks as one course. The clinical curative effect was observed after 2 courses. Result： After treatment, symptom sign scores of both groups significantly reduced （ P〈0.05 ） . The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75 % while that of the control group was 77.08 % （ P〈0.05 ） .There was significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Hospital-made Biyuan Mixture combined with western medicine has definite clinical therapeutic effect on children with UACS.
