摘要
采用不同改性剂对蒙脱土(MMT)和氧化石墨烯(GO)两种片层状无机纳米粒子进行处理后,分别与聚酰胺1212(PA1212)熔融共混,然后对所得复合材料的力学性能及结晶性能进行了研究。结果表明:与未改性MMT和GO相比,经改性的上述纳米粒子能有效提高PA1212的拉伸强度、弹性模量及断裂伸长率,同时还促进了PA1212的结晶。
Two kinds of inorganic nanoparticles, montmorillonite (MMT) and graphene oxide (GO), were modified by different modifying agents. The modified inorganic nanoparticles were melt-blended with polyamide 1212 (PA1212), and the nanocomposites were obtained. Then the mechanical and crystallinity properties of the nanocomposites were researched. The results show that the modified MMT and GO can effectively improve the tensile strength, elastic modulus and elongation at break of PA1212, and promote the crystallization of PA1212.
