摘要
通过建立多元线性回归模型,利用来自中国2107位创业者的问卷调研数据,考察了创业动机对创业者心理幸福感的影响。结果显示:相对于生存型创业者,机会型创业者心理幸福感更高;创业者自尊感中介了机会型创业动机对心理幸福感的正向影响;创业环境即市场化指数作为调节变量,强化了机会型创业动机对创业者自尊感的正向影响。
This paper examines the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneur's psychological well-being with a multivariable regression model by using the survey data of 2107 entrepreneurs in China. The result shows as follows: Opportunity entrepreneurs have higher psychological well-being than necessity entrepreneurs. In addi- tion, this positive effect of opportunity entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneur's psychological well-being is me- diated by entrepreneur's self-esteem. Moreover, entrepreneurial environment, measured by marketization index, as a moderator, strengthen the positive relationship between opportunity entrepreneurial motivation and self-esteem.
