强化影青瓷的研制

摘要 主要采用三宝瓷石、南墩土,余干瓷石,星子土,祁门土为主要原料,添加增强剂Al2O3微粉,采用单因素实验法,考察了α-Al2O3加入量和粒径、球磨时间及烧成温度等对影青强化瓷强度的影响。研究结果表明:当选用α-Al2O3粒径为40μm和加入量18 wt%时,坯料快速球磨10 min后,在1300℃烧成下可以得到高机械强度(124.6 MPa)的影青强化瓷胎体。由SEM和XRD分析可知:这主要是由于合适的球磨时间(10 min)使原料细化,加入合适的Al2O3粒径及加入量,胎体结构致密,并促使胎体生成了柱状莫来石,且刚玉晶体起到分散增韧作用,使得影青强化瓷的瓷胎强度高。 The reinforced shadow-blue porcelain-body was prepared using Sanbao porcelain stone, South pier clay, Yugan porcelain stone, Xingzi clay and Qimen clay as the main raw material by adding intensifier Al2O3 powder. Effects of Al2O3 addition amount and particle size, firing temperature and ball grinding time on shadow-blue strengthen porcelain strength were studied by single-factor experiment. The research results show that when Al2O3 powder particle size is 40 μm and Al2O3 content is 18 wt%, at ball milling of 12 min, reached the maximum bending strength of 124.6 MPa at 1300 ℃ . XRD and SEM results show that It is mainly due to the suitable ball mill time make raw materials refine, which promote the body dense and the formation of acicular muliite, and corundum crystal dispersion toughen, and thus make shadow-blue porcelain strengthen.
