尿标本充分混匀对DCA Vantage检测微量白蛋白的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析尿标本离心前后尿微量白蛋白(UMA)检测结果的变化,了解混匀尿标本是否对UMA的检测产生影响。方法采用直接抽样法随机选取解放军总医院海南分院2017年7月6日住院患者尿液标本60例,使用DCA Vantage尿微量白蛋白分析仪检测UMA。同一标本分别进行充分混匀后检测UMA和2 000 g离心5 min后检测UMA,对比分析离心前后UMA的变化。结果 60例尿标本充分混匀前的UMA和离心后的UMA分别为20.75(5.00~300.00)mg/L和19.40(5.00~300.00)mg/L,离心前后UMA变化差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合格的尿液标本是否混匀对DCA-Vantage检测尿微量白蛋白无影响。 Objective To analyze the changes of urine microalbuminuria (UMA) test results before and after centrifugation in urine samples, and to understand the influence of mixing on the detection of UMA in urine specimen. Methods Using direct sampling method, 60 urine specimens were collected from patients from the Hainan Branch of Chinese PLA General Hospital on July 6, 2017. The UMA was detected by DCA Vantage analyzer. The specimens were tested after thorough mixing and also after 2000 g centrifugation 5 rain, and the changes of UMA before and after centrif- ugation were compared and analyzed. Results In 60 urine specimens, the full mixing of UMA and UMA after centrifu- gation were 20.75 (5.00-300.00) mg/L and 19.40 (5.00-300.00) mg/L respectively. There was no significant difference in the changes of UMA before and after the centrifugation (P〈0.05). Conclusion Whether a qualified urine specimen is mixed or no has no significant effect on the detection of microalbuminuria by DCA-Vantage.
