摘要
目的分析近十年微血管性心绞痛的研究热点。方法基于PubMed数据库,检索策略为"Microvascular Angina"[Mesh]AND"2007/02/17"[PDat]:"2017/02/17"[PDat]。检索结果采用书目信息挖掘系统(BICOMS)软件进行常规文献计量学分析,采用SPSS统计软件进行聚类分析,得到该主题的研究热点。结果共检出有关微血管性心绞痛论文297篇,出现高频主题词为30个。通过对30个高频主题词聚类分析得到5个研究热点,即微血管性心绞痛与冠状动脉疾病的关系;微血管性心绞痛发病机制;微血管性心绞痛与遗传学的关系;微血管性心绞痛的诊断与药物治疗;单光子发射计算机断层扫描对微血管性心绞痛的评价。结论聚类分析方法很好的体现了微血管性心绞痛的研究热点。
Objective To explore and analyze the hotspots of microvascular angina in last ten years. Methods The PubMed database was selected and retrieved as "microvascular angina" [Mesh] AND "2007/02/17" [PDat]: "2017/02/17" [PDat]. The results were retrieved by bibliographic information mining system (BICOMS) soft- ware, and research hotspots for bibliometric analysis was used by SPSS software. Results A total of 297 literatures and 30 MeSH terms were retrieved. The statistical analysis was divided into the following five topics: the relationship be- tween microvascular angina and coronary artery disease; the pathogenesis of microvascular angina; the relationship be- tween microvascular angina and genetics; diagnosis and drug treatment of microvascular angina; evaluation of sin- gle-photon emission computed tomography in microvascular angina. Conclusion The bibliometric analysis method is a good example to explore the current research hotspots of microvascular angina.
