历史上,我国高等教育国际化在西方单极的版图上形成了以西方范式为基础、以个体化的元素为内容、以院校为中心的发展路径。"一带一路"战略对我国传统的高等教育国际化路径提出了挑战,也提供了转型与升级的契机。未来,我国高等教育国际化应在东西多极的版图上形成兼顾西方经验与本土实验、以助力携行为使命、以系统化的元素为内容、以社会为中心的发展路径。

Historically, the internationalization of China＇s higher education, with the West Monopole Territory, has formed a development path that takes individualized elements as the content, and higher education institution development as the center. The strategy of ＂ One Belt, One Road＂ challenges the traditional path of internationalization of higher education in China, and also provides opportunities of transformation and upgrading. In the future, the internationalization of China＇s higher education should form a development path that takes into account both Western experience and local experiments, that takes joint development as its mission, systemization of elements as the content, and the society development as the center.
