摘要
随着美国高等教育自愿问责的发展,"卓越评估"成为在高等教育协会组织框架下,对全美开展学生学习结果评估活动的院校进行认可的改革首创。它体现出了聚焦校级层面学习结果评估,转向评估过程认可,强调评估结果对院校改进提升效果的设计思路,以及"组织化的多样性"的设计主线。"卓越评估"在运行中取得了初步成效,代表了自愿问责的改革动向与学习评估的范式转变,具有重要的启示意义和借鉴价值。
With the development of voluntary accountability in American higher education, the Excellence In Assessment (EIA) becomes the first national initiative to recognize exemplary colleges and universities that successfully conduct and integrate student learning outcomes assessment under the framework of higher education associations. It reflects the design ideas such as focusing on the campus-level assessment of student learning outcomes, turning to recognition of assessment process and emphasizing the substantive effect of using assessment results to promote internal improvement, demonstrating the main line of "organized diversity". EIA has obtained preliminary achievements through its initial run, and represents the reform trend of voluntary accountability and the paradigm shift of student learning assessment. It has important enlightenment significance and reference value for our country's higher education development.
