摘要
高职院校创业教育的价值取向着眼于促进学生实现全面而自由发展。这一价值取向决定了高职院校创业教育目标要统筹考虑"小众"学生创业需求和"大众"学生发展需要,既要培养小部分学生创办企业的能力,更要培养大部分学生岗位创业的能力。在实施路径上,高职院校应充分发挥校企合作优势,具体办法为:选择具有职业教育特色的创业教育内容;开发"双类型两层次"创业教育课程体系;创建高职院校技术型创新创业项目孵化平台;建设"双师结构"创业教育教学团队。
The value orientation of entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges focuses on promoting students to achieve comprehensive and free development. This value orientation determines that the goal of entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges should consider the entrepreneurship needs of "niche" students and the development needs of "mass" students. It is necessary to cultivate the ability to start a business for a small portion of students, and also to cultivate the ability of job entrepreneurship for most students. On the way of implementation, vocational colleges should give full play to the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation. The specific measures are selecting the content of entrepreneurship education with vocational education characteristics, developing "two-type and two-level" entrepreneurship education curriculum system, establishing incubation platforms for technological innovation and entrepreneurship projects, and establishing entrepreneurship education teaching team of "dual division structure".
