In sunny March, the National People’s Congress(NPC) and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC) were held successfully. After over ten days’ deliberation and discussion, the two sessions reached development consensus and made task lists so as to pave an ascending path for the new era of endeavor.
