摘要
以高胰岛素血症为特征的胰岛素抵抗促进动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展,其中高胰岛素水平对巨噬细胞内胆固醇代谢过程具有不容忽视的影响。正常情况下巨噬细胞内胆固醇代谢存在严密的调控机制,以维持脂质的稳态,而高胰岛素水平能够增加胆固醇的摄取和酯化,降低其水解及排出速度,促进泡沫细胞的形成。本文主要就近年来高胰岛素血症与巨噬细胞胆固醇代谢过程中关键因子的相关研究做一综述,以期探讨治疗动脉粥样硬化的新途径。
Insulin resistance, characterized by hyperinsulinemia, promotes the development and progression of atherosclerosis, in which high insulin levels have a significant effect on the macrophage cholesterol metabolism. Under normal circumstance, strict regulation mechanism of cholesterol metabolism in the macrophages helps to maintain the steady state of lipid, whereas high insulin levels can increase the ingestion and esterification of cholesterol, as well as reduce the cholesterol hydrolysis and excretion rate. This eventually promotes the formation of foam cells. This paper, reviewed the correlation between high insulin levels and key factors in the process of cholesterol metabolism in the macrophages to explore a new approach to the treatment of atherosclerosis.
